Is Tech Blogosphere Peaking?

Phil Sim argues that tech blogosphere has peaked. He sees that a slippery slope is set in.

The tech blogosphere gets progressively more boring so less people are inspired to blog which begets more ennui and so on. It's plateued, as he sees it. He highlights the traffic trend of tailrank and tech.memeorandum as example of this. I tried comparing two more set of graphs involving different but related sites. I think that the trend is not so clear,as yet.
