Courtesy of Pito Salas saw this image. As he explains, while the image looks like it's moving, it doesn't in reality - matter of fact it is not an animation at all. He explains that It's your brain that getting its circuits scrambled. Proof - Just cover most of the image with your hands and look at a small part. It doesn't move. Amusing!
