Calling it – the brand of you, he elaborates that how one talks, walks, and looks reflect on that brand. Addressing pitchers he asks, “Do you come across as trustworthy, confident, and competent, or do you fail to captivate your listeners? When you take "the stage," you are the sole experience a listener has with your brand”. Whether you're pitching a service, product, company, or cause, here are some qualities shared by great brand spokespeople. He is spot on when he says that good presenters have passion. Referring to Donald Trump’s statement no passion no energy, Gallo adds that if you don't have energy, you have nothing. We all want to be surrounded by passionate people. He adds, good posture is associated with confident, competence, and honesty. Slumping or slouching is often associated with a lack of confidence, a lack of energy, and a lack of competence.
